Santander, HSBC and Lloyds now let you access accounts with your VOICE

Customers of a number of major UK banks will soon be able to use so-called ‘voice banking’ to find out information about their accounts and bypass fiddly security steps. HSBC and first direct led the way with voice-based technology last month and now Santander and Lloyds have followed suit. Santander’s SmartBank app lets people ask questions about their statements, while Lloyds is now allowing people to conduct mortgage interviews via video. Read more.
